What are your office hours?

The firm's normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The firm is closed on most major federal holidays.

Are you available for evening or weekend appointments?

For those who are unable to meet during normal business hours, Mr. Longenbaugh is available for evening and weekend appointments as his schedule permits.

Do you make home, hospital and nursing home visits?

Yes, we make such visits when appropriate, subject to travel and other related charges.

Do you charge for the initial visit with an attorney?

Yes. The fee for the initial forty-five (45) minute consultation is $200.00. Any additional time will be billed at Mr. Longenbaugh's standard hourly rate. Mr. Longenbaugh will discuss the fees for any additional services with you at the time of the initial consultation.

What is your hourly rate?

Mr. Longenbaugh bills at an hourly rate of $250 per hour. Legal Assistant time is billed at a rate of $100 per hour.

Do you offer flat fees?

Yes. All estate planning matters and formation of business entities are done on a flat fee basis. Other matters may be handled on a flat fee basis at the discretion of the attorney.
